What to expect

Joy can be experienced in many different ways, such as through moments of laughter, connection, the accomplishment of a goal, the experience of love, or simply by appreciating the beauty of the world around us. Joy is often accompanied by a sense of gratitude, as we feel thankful for the positive experiences in our lives that have brought us a sense of happiness and contentment.

During this retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of joyful wellness practices, including yoga, harmony singing, breathwork, ecstatic dance, and even a hike on the stunning Cliffs of Moher Trail. Imagine starting your day with a peaceful yoga session, followed by some energising breathwork and then an invigorating hike along the breathtaking coastline. We will gather together for some harmony singing and ecstatic dance, allowing you to let go of any lingering stress and fully embrace the present moment.

Not only will this retreat provide you with the opportunity to connect with your body and mind, but you’ll also have the chance to meet like-minded individuals who share your passion for wellness and self-discovery.     20:30 – Sound Bath

    Our beautiful glass fronted sauna and Canadian cedar hot tub will be available at all times during your stay

    Day 2

    07:30 – Morning Yoga & Meditation Practice

    09:00 – Breakfast

    10:00 – Ocean Walk

    11:30 – Harmony singing workshop with Frankie & Michelle

    13:00 – Lunch & Freetime – (option for a swim in Lahinch)

    18:00 – Ecstatic Awakening Dance™

    Michelle is a senior yoga teacher, published author, certified Health and Wellness Coach, Wim Hof Method instructor and runs her own successful retreat centre, the Cliffs of Moher Retreat on the West Coast of Ireland. She is passionate about helping people to take ownership of their complete health; body, mind and higher self.

    Aoife’s flow classes weave grounding, stabilising and strengthening postures with lightness, buoyancy and ease, focusing on soft subtle awareness and connecting the body to breath. She invites each practice as a moment to drop deeply into the body with deliciously slow, playful sequences.
