Moroccan Spiced Soup
Here’s the ingredients…
3 onions
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Piece of Ginger
1 Small Chilli
2 Courgettes (with skin on)
4 Carrots
2 tablespoons of bullion (vegetable stock
2-2 ½ cups of red lentils
2 cans of tomatoes
Water
Ground coriander, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon(pinch) paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, honey, cumin
Now for the Instructions…
– Chop the onions, garlic, ginger, chilli, courgettes and carrots and place in pot with lentils and boil for a half hour with the bullion
– add the 2 cans of tomatoes
– add the seasoning to your own taste…
– cook again for about a half hour
